What do you mean by RUN and ASK/REQUEST?
1. RUN - Deliver something for a friend en-route, while you're running errands for yourself. Make friends, earn some extra cash. Monetize your errand!

2. ASK/REQUEST - Ask a friend who is on a run to get something for you. You get your stuff, he gets some extra cash and you both make a new friend!
Who can do a run on DelOr?
Runners are students from your community. Runners can earn as much money as they want through the app – you can earn Rs.100 a day, maybe more! You can also run for friends without charging a dime. To be a runner and start earning rewards, just start a run.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel a placed order, if it's not accepted by a runner. Just go to Cart, find your order and tap on it to cancel.
Are DelOr users verified?
YES. DelOr uses two factor authentication to maintain credibility of users. To ASK or RUN on DelOr, you have to :
1. Sign-in using Google through BITS mail.
2. Verify your mobile number using OTP.

What are the charges for using DelOr?
1. There is a pre-decided cash incentives for runner. A runner will get :
- Flat Rs.10 for each order below Rs.100.
- 10% of the order value for each order above Rs.100
2. DelOr does not charge any fees for using the app or services whatsoever.
